This campsite is about 40 miles north of Elkford, British Columbia, in the majestic Canadian Rockies. The night we camped here, there was a severe thunderstorm that knocked out power to 20,000 homes and toppled many trees in the area. Our 47-square-foot tent “home” kept us dry and warm.
